Found out today that the auction closed for the Korean foreign rights. They came in at one of their highest bids in a long time, according to my foreign rights agent. It thrills me to no end to think that my book will be read in countries I’ve never even visited. I’m dying to go there and see my book in a Korean bookstore. So far I think we’ve sold UK, France, Germany, Italy, Turkey… hope I’m not forgetting someone. And there are many more left.
It’s a big, beautiful world.
